This may cause it to lose shape and may weaken straps etc.    Clean your hands before handling your garments and repack them as they were sent to you.    Keep the dress in the original chest and use only our tissue paper. The box and the paper are acid free and safe with your fabrics. If you need more of either, just contact us.    Keep the box stored out of direct sunlight.    Store the chest where vermin and insects can not get to it.    Ensure there is adequate air circulation around the box to prevent mustiness.    Store the box away from household fumes and pollutants. For example, the kitchen.    Avoid excessive heat and humidity when storing your wedding dress. The box is designed to help stabilize humidity.
