How do I pay for my dress to be cleaned? |
|
|
The easiest way to pay is to simply send us your credit card details using the dispatch sheet, or if you prefer, you can send us the dispatch sheet without your card details, and phone these through when you accept our quote. Using the dispatch sheet is completely safe and secure, and allows us to process your order quickly. Alternatively you can send us a cheque or money order by mail once you have accepted the final quote.

Are my credit card details safe? |
|
|
Yes. Your credit card details are never sent electronically. When they are received by us with your cleaning the details are quickly processed by phone and then destroyed. We keep no record of your credit card details. At no stage are any of your details made available to any third party.

Are you an established company? |
|
|
Yes, we are not a “virtual” or “cyber” company. Our garment care centre is located at 100 Oxford St, Darlinghurst, in central Sydney. All our work is done on site. You are welcome to check on your job at any time.

How long does the full cleaning process take? |
|
|
We aim to have all jobs returned to you within 10 working days of your initial dispatch. This includes transport to and from and all cleaning and packaging. Exceptionally difficult jobs may take a little longer. We keep you informed of the cleaning process as we go.

Is my dress safe in the mail? |
|
|
Yes. Australia Post registered mail is extremely reliable. If you are especially concerned you can opt for insurance with Australia Post when you post your dress. This is relatively inexpensive and offers you extra peace of mind.

What happens if my dress is damaged in the cleaning process? |
|
|
Our knowledge and
experience in the field make this occurrence unlikely. However if a problem does arise and it is our fault we will re-clean your garments. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Do you provide this service for interstate customers? |
|
|
Yes. We can clean for any one anywhere in Australia as long as you have access to a Post Office or Post agent.

What can I do if I’m not happy with the work? |
|
|
Your first point of contact is with us. You can telephone, fax or e mail and we will speedily respond to your concerns. You will be able to speak directly to the person who cleaned your garment. No passing the buck, no run arounds, we want you to be 100% happy the first time. We are proud of the work we do.
