How Does It Work? The Job Process

1. You Get a Cost Estimate by Creating a New Account
You start a new job with us by creating an account and requesting an estimate.

2. You Mail or Courier Us Your Dress & Dispatch Sheet
Send us your cleaning together with the completed dispatch sheet either by registered mail or a courier of your choice. The dispatch sheet provides us with your address and credit card details. If you are paying by cheque or money order you will need to mail these to us as soon as you accept our final quote.

3. We Give You a Firm Quote Online
Once we receive your garment(s), we will issue a quote to your online account. If you are paying by cheque or money order you will need to mail these to us as soon as you accept our final quote.

4. Payment Processed, Dress Cleaned & Returned
Prior to
cleaning we process your payment with the amount quoted. If
you are paying by cheque or money order, you will need to send
it to us, by mail, as soon as you have accepted our quote.
Your credit card details are secure as they are never
transmitted or stored online. We destroy all paperwork
containing your credit card details once the transaction is
complete.
Our expert staff clean and press your garments and
hand finish prior to packaging.
We will return the wedding
dress to you by registered mail or the prepaid courier of your
choice. Your dress is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and
placed in an acid-free archival quality carton before being
shipped back to you.
