weddingdress.com.au collect only the basic details necessary to conduct business with you. They are stored in a password protected database, with access to you and our administrator only. These basic details do not contain payment or credit card information.
You will be issued with your own login and PIN to access your online
account. If you need help logging in, please contact us. For
your on-going protection please note: we will never send you
email or contact you with any other correspondence requesting
your account login details.
We do not collect or store
credit card or payment details online or electronically. You
send us your payment details with your garment(s) via
registered post or a courier of your choice. Your details are
stored in our secure premises. As soon as we have processed
your credit card payment, we physically destroy all copies of
your card details.
We do not on-sell any of your
details to third parties. We do not send unsolicited
advertising emails.
Our job sheet system will send you email to notify you of each and every change made to your job sheet; this is a feature for your benefit and security.
weddingdress.com.au welcomes customer feedback and may seek your comments for publicity purposes in the future.
